Capello: We will get better

FABIO CAPELLO insisted he was happy despite seeing England drop two points in their World Cup opener.

He said: "We created a lot of chances, we pressed hard... we played a good game.
"One mistake cost us but this is football.
"Sometimes a striker will miss a goal, this time the keeper's mistake.
"I think Green played very well. I am really happy for him.
"I am very happy with the performance of the team. But in the next game, we will be better."
Gerrard put England in front with a superb finish on four minutes after Emile Heskey's neat pass.
But Green allowed Clint Dempsey's tame effort to slide off his hands and bobble into the net as the States stunned the tournament's third favourites
